Flexible glaze for confectionery products, it is used for decorating and glazing all confectionery/pastry products, including refrigerated and frozen products.

It can also be used to make mousse by mixing with whipped cream (high fat content, 32-36%)

Use :

• for glazing It melts at a temperature of approximately 50 degrees C, depending on the thickness of the layer. It can be melted in the microwave, stirring occasionally or in a bain-marie. After melting, it is applied at a temperature of 25-30 degrees C. Cool the product after decorating
• for mousse mix with whipped cream 32-36% fat, in a ratio of 1 part frosting / 3 parts whipped cream. The frosting melts at a temperature of approximately 50 degrees C. The whipped cream is heated and mixed with the frosting cooled to approximately 40-30 degrees. After cooling or the next day, the mixture is mixed for approximately 5-6 minutes.
