   II. About Naty Shop
   Naty Shop is an e-commerce service that offers its users the opportunity to take possession of the displayed products. The purchase of products is made based on orders received through the site or, exceptionally, by email, telephone or text messaging applications.
   
   III. Intellectual Property
   The content and design of Naty Shop, as well as any other material related to it sent to you by email or provided to you in any other way (example: articles, design, product descriptions and any other materials), belong to the Company and/or its collaborators - where this is expressly specified - (copyright) and are protected by intellectual property legislation. You may not use, reproduce or allow anyone to use or reproduce the Naty Shop materials without having prior written permission from the Company.
   You may not use frames (in the sense of HTML) or framing techniques (in the sense of HTML) for trademarks, logos, or other information protected by copyright law (including images, texts, interfaces, forms) of Naty Shop without prior written permission from the Company.
   The creation of limited, revocable and non-exclusive hyperlinks to the Naty Shop index page is permitted, as long as this action does not present the Naty Shop service in a false, misleading, derogatory or offensive light. You may not use the company logo or other graphic properties, or trademarks as part of the hyperlinks without prior written permission from the Company.
   
   IV. Registration as a user
   The Naty Shop website can be accessed free of charge, and simply browsing its pages is not subject to user registration (creating a user account on the Site). However, in order to benefit from certain services offered by the Site, such as purchasing products offered by it, receiving the Naty Shop newsletter or checking the status of your own orders, you will need to register as a user (create a user account on the Site). Registering as a user requires your prior acceptance of the Naty Shop Terms and Conditions of Use and its Privacy Policy. These regulations constitute the contractual basis of the relationship between users and the Company.
   Since the provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy may be modified, please review them periodically. If you no longer agree to their provisions, please do not access/use the Naty Shop services.
   If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access data in your user account created on the Site and you agree to assume responsibility for all activities carried out from your user account created on the Site.
   Naty Shop may sell products to children under 14 (fourteen) years of age, but sells them to adults, who are authorized to make online payments by card or by any other payment method accepted by Naty Shop. If you are under 14 (fourteen) years of age, you may purchase Naty Shop products only with the help of a parent or guardian.
   Naty Shop reserves the right to close user accounts, modify or remove texts, images, hyperlinks, or refuse the sale of products, at its sole discretion.
   
   V. Personal Data
   By registering as a Naty Shop user, we will request a series of personal data, such as your first and last name, email address, date of birth and other personal information, which will allow you to be identified as a user of the Naty Shop service. Also, to subscribe to the Naty Shop newsletter or alerts, you will need to provide us with a valid email address and other data related to you. Please access the page where the Privacy Policy is presented to inform you about the information collected by Naty Shop, how it is used, as well as your rights regarding the protection of your privacy.
   
   VI. Purchase procedure
   To purchase and take possession of the products offered for sale on Naty Shop, it is necessary to complete the following steps:
   - identification and selection of products
   - your registration as a Naty Shop user
   - making payment for the products. Payment is made online or cash on delivery - the delivery of the ordered and paid products will be accompanied, if applicable, by the warranty certificate, the certificate regarding the after-sales service provided by the manufacturer/importer/distributor and/or other certificates, if applicable.
   By placing an electronic or telephone order on Naty Shop, you agree to the form of communication (telephone or e-mail) through which the Site conducts its operations.
   
   VII. How to buy
   
   VII.1. Prices
   Unless otherwise stated, the product prices displayed on Naty Shop represent the final purchase prices and include VAT:

Final purchase prices may be suggested prices by manufacturers or suppliers, or may be estimated based on industry-standard prices for the product being sold. Final purchase prices may not represent the most competitive prices for a particular product segment or for a particular period.

During certain periods of time, Naty Shop may offer customers free shipping above a certain value of the total shopping cart for an individual order. Its value, as well as the validity period of the offer, are strictly at the discretion of Naty Shop and do not commit Naty Shop to any financial and/or contractual obligation.

Also, for products that are not in stock at the time of the order, Naty Shop is not obligated or committed to delivering them later and does not ensure the maintenance of the price and commercial conditions existing at the date of the order.

VII.2. Payment methods
To pay for the ordered products, you can choose from the following payment methods: bank transfer/payment order or cash/cash on delivery. If you have chosen bank transfer/payment order as the payment method, the next screen thanks you for the order placed and provides you with the relevant information for the order and payment. You will also receive this information by e-mail, in the form of an invoice (details in chapter VII.2.1). If you have chosen to pay cash/cash on delivery, after placing the order you will receive the relevant information for your order by e-mail, in the form of an invoice, and you will have to pay for the product to the person making the delivery.

Delivery is made by express courier and the cost is fixed at 19 lei, regardless of the location in Romania.

Orders over 300 lei benefit from free delivery.

International deliveries are only made for orders paid online, by bank card, and the companies used for delivery are DHL or DPD.

VIII. Warranty and after-sales service
For any warranty details please contact the service department. All products sold have a 2-year warranty that can be extended through extended warranty packages that can be purchased on this site.

IX. Product description and return
Naty Shop makes every effort to be as accurate as possible. However, Naty Shop does not guarantee that product descriptions or other types of materials related to them are accurate, complete, current or error-free. If a product offered by Naty Shop is different from its description on the Site, you may return it in accordance with the provisions of the Site's Product Return Policy and in accordance with Romanian legislation in force.

The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he/she withdraws from the purchase, without penalties and without giving a reason, within 10 working days from receipt of the product or, in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance no. 130/2000.

If you agree to exercise this right, you have the following obligations:
- to return the purchased product, in its original, undamaged packaging, at your expense.
- to return the purchased product in working order, undamaged, in the condition in which it was delivered.
The consumer cannot return the following purchased products, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise:
- extended warranty certificates;


X. Reviews, comments, communications and other types of content
Users may post reviews, comments or other types of content; send suggestions, ideas, ask questions, propose articles or other types of materials, as long as their content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, does not violate the right to privacy or the law on the protection of intellectual property; does not contain computer viruses, commercial, political communications, inciting hatred or intolerance on ethnic, religious, racial, sexual orientation grounds, collective messages or other forms of spam. In order to post reviews, comments, communications and other types of content, you may not use false e-mail addresses or identities. Naty Shop reserves the right, but has no obligation to remove or edit all types of content posted by users and has no obligation to periodically review this content. By posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on Naty Shop, you convey, except in cases where the Company indicates otherwise, the intellectual property rights, non-exclusively, perpetually, irrevocably, over the posted materials. The Company has the right to modify, reproduce, transmit, adapt, publish, distribute the materials posted by users, through any means of mass communication, from any country. By posting reviews, comments, communications and other types of content on Naty Shop, you assign to the Company the right to use your name in relation to the posted materials; guarantee that you own or otherwise control the intellectual property rights over the materials you post; that the posted materials do not violate any of the posting conditions of reviews, comments, communications and other forms of content from users, of Naty Shop.
Naty Shop has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit or delete any type of content or user activities on the Site. Naty Shop is not responsible and assumes no liability for any materials posted by other third parties on the Site. Naty Shop has the right not to publish all comments and articles proposed by users.

XI. Force Majeure
Naty Shop, its affiliates and/or in general the suppliers of products or services to Naty Shop cannot be held responsible for any delay or error resulting directly or indirectly from causes beyond the control of Naty Shop. This exemption includes, but is not limited to: malfunctions of Naty Shop's technical equipment, lack of internet connection, lack of telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorized access to Naty Shop's systems, operating errors, as well as cases of force majeure stipulated by Romanian legislation in force.

XII. Advertising
Naty Shop may display, on its pages, advertisements for the products in its offer as well as for products or services belonging to third parties. By using Naty Shop and by accepting its Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy, you directly express your acceptance to be the recipient of these commercial communications.

XIII. Complaints regarding violation of the law relating to the protection of intellectual property
Naty Shop respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you have noticed that the Site contains information that infringes their intellectual property rights, please send us a notification to the email address: contact@natyshop.com, or contact us at the fax and telephone numbers, or at the correspondence address, displayed in the About us article of this agreement.

XIV. Applicable legislation
The services offered by the Company through Naty Shop are governed by the provisions of Romanian laws, in particular Law 365/2002 on electronic commerce, Ordinance 130/2000 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, Government Decision 448/2005 and European Directive EC/96/2002, which regulates the green stamp duty regime applicable to electronic products.
The Naty Shop terms and conditions are subject to Romanian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will first be attempted, within 30 working days from the registration of the complaint at the Naty Shop headquarters. If an agreement cannot be reached within the previously specified period, the disputes between the Parties will be subject to the resolution of the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the municipality of Bucharest.

XV. Presentation of the offer
Naty Shop reserves the right to make any changes to the prices and technical data presented on the Naty Shop website at any time, without prior notice. The technical data presented on the Naty Shop website are for informational purposes only and do not represent a contractual obligation. The photos on the Naty Shop website are for informational purposes only and there may be differences between them and the product.
