Waffle ingredients:
-potato starch
-olive oil
-water
Food coloring ingredients:
-water
-propylene glycol
-glycerin
-citric acid
-E133 (blue)
-E102 and E122 (yellow)
-E122 (red)
-E151, E110 and E104 (black)
It is recommended to apply the wafer on smooth and flat surfaces and also, instead of whipped cream, it is recommended to cover the cake (where the wafer comes) with sugar paste or chocolate icing.
Apply a thin layer of neutral gel on the surface of the cake or pie and place the wafer on it carefully (this product is very fragile). The gel should be cold (keep it in the refrigerator until just before use).
A thin layer of neutral gel is also poured over the waffle (the waffle must be sandwiched between 2 layers of neutral gel) and you can use a silicone brush to more easily spread the gel over the waffle.
The gel will help protect the waffle, the colors, give the waffle a much more beautiful and shiny appearance, and soften it just the right amount.
The gel is stored in the refrigerator and the waffles in a cool place and especially out of sunlight (to prevent accelerated discoloration) - a closet, a cupboard, a pantry are perfect places to store the waffles until use.

Ingredients:
Modified starch (E1412, E1422), sugar, MALTODEXTRIN, glucose syrup, water, vegetable oil (coconut oil and palm oil), glycerin (E422), gelling agent: cellulose gum (E460i), xanthan gum (E415), gum arabic (E414), emulsifier: polysorbate 60 (E435)
Store at room temperature, away from sunlight.
Unlike printed wafers, icing sheets can be applied much more beautifully, for example on the side of the cake. Also, with a knife or even a scalpel, you can cut the desired shapes and apply practically anywhere needed on the cake or cupcake.
It is recommended, however, to apply them on smooth, flat surfaces. It is best when the sugar sheet is placed directly on a buttercream covering the cake, but it is not mandatory.
You can use edible adhesives or even melted chocolate, royal icing or, why not, honey for gluing (although we only recommend it to those with experience).
